Your Impact

As an Analyst, you’ll be the first line of communication for our customers. You’ll help marketers understand and resolve data issues, explain technical topics in clear English, and make sure our clients feel supported and confident using Improvado. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and product quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with customers in English daily via Helpdesk (Jira) and video calls (Google Meet), clearly explaining issues, next steps, and solutions.
  • Investigate data issues (e.g., missing conversions, broken connectors) by tracing data pipelines from source APIs to SQL transformations.
  • Turn technical problems into clear explanations that non-technical marketers can understand.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to report bugs, clarify requirements, and follow up on fixes.
  • Become a product expert in Improvado’s platform, SQL, and marketing APIs (Facebook, Reddit, etc.).
  • Write clear documentation for recurring cases to improve support quality and speed.

What You Bring

  • Strong English skills (written and spoken) — you can confidently communicate with global clients, explain complex topics simply, and run calls when needed.
  • 1+ year of experience in technical support, analytics support, or a similar client-facing role.
  • SQL knowledge (SELECT, filters, aggregates; window functions or ClickHouse/Postgres is a plus).
  • Customer-first mindset — you care about clarity, tone, and helping people feel supported.
  • Clear written communication — you can write structured, easy-to-follow replies and explanations.
  • Team player who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Hiring Process

  • Short take-home assignment (very light, ~30 minutes)
  • HR interview + two live SQL tasks
  • Final interview with the hiring manager
