About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to own and scale our outbound motion. You'll be the builder behind our prospecting systems—designing data-driven campaigns, automating audience discovery, and turning CRM chaos into qualified pipeline.
This isn't a glorified SDR role. You'll combine technical chops with GTM strategy to architect systems that generate revenue without adding headcount. If you get excited about building Clay tables at 2am or automating workflows that replace manual prospecting, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
Outbound Systems & Campaigns
- Design, build, and optimize end-to-end outbound campaigns from ICP definition to meeting booked
- Create prospecting workflows that identify, enrich, and score high-intent accounts
- Build automated sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Test messaging, timing, and targeting—then scale what works
Messaging & Copy
- Write email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up cadences that convert
- Develop messaging frameworks tailored to different personas and verticals
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to personalize outreach at scale while keeping it human
- A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and value props—iterate based on reply data
- Collaborate with marketing on messaging consistency across inbound and outbound
Audience Building & Data Operations
- Build and maintain prospect databases using intent signals, firmographic data, and buying triggers (funding rounds, job changes, tech stack signals)
- Leverage tools like Clay, Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source and enrich leads
- Work with CRM data (HubSpot/Salesforce) to identify expansion opportunities and reactivation targets
Experimentation & Optimization
- Run rapid experiments on new channels, messaging angles, and audience segments
- Monitor deliverability, reply rates, and conversion metrics
- Document playbooks for campaigns that work and kill what doesn't
What You Bring
Required
- 2+ years in a GTM, RevOps, or growth role at a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with Clay (strong preference), Lemlist, or similar prospecting/enrichment tools
- Understanding of outbound sales motion—ICP development, sequencing, messaging and personalization at scale
- Strong copywriting skills with proven cold outreach results
- Comfort with data: you can write basic queries, build reports, and spot patterns
Nice to Have
- Experience in martech/adtech space or selling to marketing teams
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Familiarity with AI tools for personalization (ChatGPT, Claude)
- Experience building automated workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Experience with email deliverability and inbox health management
- Background in demand gen or growth marketing
What Success Looks Like
First 30 days: Audit current outbound infrastructure, map the tech stack, understand our ICP and messaging First 90 days: Launch 3-5 new outbound campaigns, establish baseline metrics, build first automated prospecting workflow
First 6 months: Measurable pipeline contribution, documented playbooks for repeatable campaigns
